The mind decides and gets something done. Are you approaching something or someone with a clear and clean mindset. Do you have the mentality of a wuss or a winner and a closer.
Just like jogging, your mind controls the distance and how much you can push, how far you can go. Most of the time everything is just in your mind. If you tell yourself you can do that extra mile or that extra 15 minutes everyday, you will end up finishing a marathon.
The mindset makes a big difference in how you can actually turn something that is somewhat challenging into something that you can easily overcome and settle. It all happens in your mind and what your mind can think of, you can achieve.

The problem with many men is, they want this girl but they feel that she is out of his league. Guess what? They continue to stay out of your league if you do not work towards your goal. You can have monetary goals, you can have fitness goals, why not have goals of getting into the league of the lady of your dreams.
